Our story
Born from a gap in the catalog
Aquafab Industries was founded in 2025 by Christopher Maring to solve a problem he saw again and again: researchers with novel ideas, and no equipment that could test them. With a background in physics and engineering, our team has deep experience building custom apparatus for biology departments and leading marine research institutions.
Today we build everything from benchtop teaching flumes to research-grade respirometry systems and public exhibits — each one designed around the science it serves.
