Aquafab Modular Life Support Racks are the backbone of long-term aquatic research: scalable, reliable housing that keeps water quality stable so your animals stay healthy and your data stay repeatable. Every rack integrates mechanical, biological and chemical filtration, and can add live parameter monitoring and automated maintenance through Aquafab Workbench.

Built for

  • Zebrafish colonies and breeding programs
  • Broodstock holding in aquaculture facilities
  • Environmental toxicology studies that demand stable parameters
  • Invertebrate, amphibian and teaching collections

Scales with your program

Start with a single stand-alone rack and expand to double-sided or multi-rack systems on shared filtration as your colony grows. Tank sizes, shelf count, plumbing and filtration are specified around your species, stocking density and room.

Monitoring and automation

Add continuous monitoring of temperature, pH, conductivity and dissolved oxygen with remote alerts, plus automated water changes and dosing — so a problem at 2 a.m. becomes a notification, not a lost colony.

Room-ready

We coordinate utilities, plumbing and installation with your facilities team, and train your animal-care staff at handover.
